Projects using interpolate.

31 October 2009

Two new videos. It should be three, but I have to redo the first one. All the videos are based on using interpolate to create a cutting file in Inkscape. They really are easy to create and it is worth trying. If you would like to read the previous post with pictures to find more information, you will find the post here.
The following video shows how to create these two designs in Inkscape using interpolate.

I don't know if it is my computer, but I find it very hard to hear what you are saying on these videos - can still follow what you are doing but it would be great to hear as well. Thanks for taking the time to teach - much appreciated.

Thank you for letting me know they are difficult to hear. I will try and increase the volume and re-upload the videos.

I was trying to duplicate your tutorial on using the interpolate option and when I open my inkscape I do not have an Effects option. The option next to Text on my screen is Filters. I've looked without luck and cannot locate the Interpolate option anywhere. Do you have any suggestions? Thx

Hi Col, Are you using version 0.47 because it is in a different location. To the right of filters is Extension and you can find it there. I have heard from someone else that it works slightly different in version 0.47.
